The Plantronics/Poly 3200 Series (3310/3320) is an older, entry level Plantronics USB headset with control panel for answer/ignore/end/hold (softphone dependant), volume and mute. All versions are certified for Teams, Zoom and all major softphones. Choose between USB-A and USB-C types, or opt for the USB-C model with a USB-C to USB-A adapter to ensure it works with more devices. NB USB-C connection is not compatible with mobile phones

Inbound audio quality is notably high, and the Dynamic EQ feature automatically adjusts to music and multimedia, optimising sound for both calls and recreational use.
Designed for comfort during extended wear, the foam ear cushions and lightweight headband deliver all-day comfort and a secure fit. It’s essential to note that this is not an active noise-canceling headset but rather a basic model with a plain adjustable headband.
